1. Service description

CalmTrade provides an automated trade monitoring and alert system for F&O traders. The service monitors your open positions on supported brokers, evaluates configured rules, and delivers alerts via Telegram. CalmTrade does not provide investment advice.

2. No financial advice

CalmTrade is a technology tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made solely by you. CalmTrade is not responsible for any trading losses incurred while using this service.

3. Broker credentials

You provide your broker API credentials voluntarily. These are encrypted with AES-256 and stored securely. CalmTrade uses your credentials only to read positions and execute orders you explicitly approve or configure for auto-execution.

4. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at ₹999. A 7-day free trial is provided. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Service availability

CalmTrade operates during Indian market hours (9:15 AM – 3:30 PM IST, weekdays). We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
