1. What we collect

We collect your phone number for authentication, your broker API credentials for position monitoring, your Telegram chat ID for alert delivery, and your trade execution history for the journal feature.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the CalmTrade service — monitoring positions, delivering alerts, and executing trades you approve. We do not use your data for advertising or analytics.

3. Data storage

All data is stored on servers located in Mumbai, India. Broker credentials are encrypted with AES-256 at rest. We do not transfer your data outside India.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Your data is yours. The only external service your data touches is Telegram for alert delivery, and your broker's API for order execution.

5. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@calmtrade.in. Data is deleted within 7 business days of request.
